- Candidates selection is done as per their scores in CAT/XAT/CMAT entrance tests. The long-listed applicants go for Group Interview and Individual Interview.

- Candidate selection is made based on the performance in the entrance tests (CAT/XAT/CMAT), group discussion, personal interview and academic record, ultimately.

1. Check the eligibility criteria: The minimum requirement for this job is Bachelor's degree with min. 50% marks. The number of places available on the course is limited and candidates with prior experience are higher on the list.

2. Apply online: I need to go to the NIT Rourkela website and click Joint Entrance Examination for MBA to access the admissions portal. Do not forget to submit the online application form with the application fee.

3. Upload documents: Moreover, the content will also be accompanied with the forms where you will be required to upload scanned copies of your certificates of bachelor's degree, 10th/12 mark sheets, CAT/MAT score card etc.

4. Wait for shortlisting: Candidate selections will be based on the scores that are acquired and qualification. If competent, they will proceed to the next rounds. Online the list is usually posted.

5. Go through GD/PI: If you make the cut, you will be invited to participate in the Group Discussion and the Personal Interview selection rounds to be conducted at NIT Rourkela.
