A CMAT or the Common Management Admission Test, managed by NTA or the National Testing Agency, is a pan-India entrance exam for admissions to management programs like MBA and PGDM offered by different PMs across India. The Computer based test scheme is organized into four parts, Quantitative techniques & data interpretation, Logical reasoning, Language comprehension and General awareness. CMAT appropriately evaluates the potential aptitude through assessing the logical skills and the language abilities, which are considered as the key factors for pursuing a regular study in management.
The NTA conducted its CMAT 2023 that was a computer-based test at various centers on Feb 28 (Sunday) all across the country. In total, more than 40 thousand people showed up to take the test this year with the purpose of the entrance into the management sector and competing for thousands of possible available seats. However, the exact releasing date of the CMAT 2023 results is not yet certain; NTA is expected to declare the results in the second week of March 2023. The result scorecard will be available on the official website using the applicants’ application number and password.
The authority has not picked up the day and date of CMAT 2024 exams. While it is hard to say exactly when the CMAT 2024 will be held since past trends indicate January/February 2024 as the probable month. All details regarding registering, hall ticket and the format of the exam as required will be released on the website of NTA in due course.
