Admission Test for ICFAI Tech

ITSAT stands for ICFAI Tech School Admission Test. It is an entrance exam conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) for admission to the B.Tech. and B.Arch. programs offered by the ICFAI Tech Schools.

The ITSAT exam is a 3-hour, 160-question, objective-type exam. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The questions are based on the central or state board Class 12th syllabus from Science (Physics and Chemistry), and Mathematics.

The exam will be conducted in offline mode as well as online mode. The mode of the exam will be decided by the candidate at the time of filling the application form.

The ITSAT exam is held once a year, usually in May. The application process for the ITSAT exam usually opens in January.

ITSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or NRI/PIO.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 17 and 21 years of age as on December 31, 2023.
  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 12th standard examination.

Note:

  • Candidates appearing for the 12th standard examination in 2023 can also apply for the ITSAT 2023. However, they must produce a provisional certificate of passing the 12th standard examination at the time of admission.
  • Candidates who have passed the 12th standard examination through the Open School System (OSS) are also eligible to apply for the ITSAT 2023. However, they must produce a certificate of equivalence from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

ITSAT 2024 Application Form

  • The application form must be filled in English only.
  • All the information provided in the application form must be correct and up-to-date.
  • The application form must be signed by the candidate.

Online Method 

  1. Go to the IFHE website and click on the "ITSAT 2023" link.
  2. Click on the "Apply Online" link.
  3. Create an account and login.
  4. Fill out the application form.
    • Enter your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and contact details.
    • Enter your educational qualifications, such as your 12th standard examination details.
    • Upload your photograph and signature.
  5. Pay the application fee.
  6. Click on the "Submit" button.

  • You will need a valid email address and mobile number to create an account and login.
  • You will need to upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature in JPG or PNG format.

Offline Method

  1. Download the ITSAT 2023 application form from the IFHE website.

  2. Fill out the application form carefully.

  3. Attach a recent passport size photograph and signature.

  4. Pay the application fee by Demand Draft drawn in favor of "IFHE" payable at Hyderabad.

ITSAT 2024 Exam Pattern
