1. Create a short-list of colleges based on numbers like rankings, fees, specializations offered as well as placement records. Make 10-15 colleges you are interested in this list.

2. Assign the fact-finding work to your parents and mention the criteria of the shortlisted universities like the cutoff of entrance exams, academic records etc. They should accordingly check if you satisfy those eligibility criteria or not.
