Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test

The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (KPGCET), the state level examination held by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for the purpose of admission for MBA, MCA, ME, MTech and other PG courses in Karnataka universities and colleges is one the most sought after exams in the state of Karnataka. The PGCET scores are utilized by colleges and universities in Karnataka for admission to different few master degree level professional courses based on the ability of the candidates to pass the exam.

The Karnataka PGCET 2023 is expected to take place in the month of June 2023, under the aegis of which students would be admitted for joining the session 2023-24. In the course of its registration generally starts two to three month before the entrance exam. Admission process get commence after the KEA administers the PGCET in the month of June which in turn releases the Karnataka PGCET result on its website in July. The candidate can see the score he obtained, the margin of cutoff marks, and his ranking, among others. The seats are allotted to students according to their marks in PGCET and their preferences; counseling sessions for seat allotment are conducted.
