The KIITEE 2023 counselling will be conducted in two phases:

• Phase 1: The first phase of the counselling will be conducted online. The candidates will be allotted their preferred colleges and courses based on their rank and availability of seats.
• Phase 2: The second phase of the counselling will be conducted offline. The candidates who do not get their preferred college or course in the first phase can participate in the second phase. The counseling will be conducted at the KIIT campus in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
