NCHMCT JEE (National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination) is an all India exam formed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) which is for B.Sc. Humanize: A curriculum on Hotel Administration and Services offered by Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) aligned under the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT). 

This test is highly competitive with only around 2,000 seats across all branches of the Indian Higher Education System (IHES). The test comprises items that measure comprehension involving logical reasoning and numeracy, understanding of social studies and ability to serve in a corporate environment. Scores and preferences are the basis for the admission through joint seating allotment. Some of the states also be eligible to the NCHMCT JEE in applying for the admission in the colleges.

A prospective examinee in the batch of 2024 may apply for the entrance examination in April-May 2023. We intend to have on notice by November 2022 regarding the same. The exam will be an open-book computer based test, lasting for 2 hours and having approximately 200 multiple-choice questions to be answered. At the end of a month, likely the result will be shared. Seat allotment and counselling being the next step will happen in the June-July,2023 once the exam results are declared. This course starts generally in the third week of July after the registration has been done for the students who had taken admission after the counseling process.
