OJEE is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Odisha government for admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses in institutes in Odisha. It was established in 2001 and is organized by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board. The objective of OJEE is to offer admission on the basis of merit to candidates in engineering colleges, management institutes, pharmacy colleges, MCA and lateral entry colleges in the state. The exam has three main streams - OJEE for engineering courses, OJEE-Lateral Entry for diploma holders seeking direct admission to second year BTech/BPharm courses, and OJEE MBA for management programs.
