JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research), which is regarded as one of the most popular medical entrance examinations in India, is carried out annually with a view to offering MBBS or BDS course admissions in its campuses, situated at Puducherry, Karaikal or Gorakhpur. JIPMER Eligibility Criteria 2024

MBBS Must have passed 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology.
MD/MS Must have MBBS degree recognized by MCI/ NMC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (50% for SC/ST and 50% for PWBD candidates).
DM/M.Ch Must have MD/ MS degree from any MCI approved board or university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (50% for SC/ST and 50% for PWBD candidates).
MDS Must have BDS degree with a year of internship or before 30th June 2024.

Documents Required for Apply JIPMER Exam 2024

1. Proof of Age: 10th standard marks sheet or birth certificate is one of the acceptable proof documents for declaration of the date of birth.

2. Class 12 Mark Sheet: A qualifying requirement would be that the candidate should have acquired their 12th standard certificate or equivalent qualification. The mark sheet should be submitted along with the admission letter.

3. Counselling Registration Form: The aspiring candidates should complete the JIPMER registration which is made available online. It includes all steps involved in JIPMER counselling and admissions. A piece of paper which demonstrated as finishing up the well-filled form out will be needed.

4. Admit Card: JIPMER hall ticket for the entrance examination is a significant document which aspirants must have with them during the exam. It would be available online only via our website. 

5. Identity Proof: Valid identity documents like Aadhar card, voting ID card, driving license or passport are the requirement of the original and this is one of the document verification on the date of exam. 

6. Passport Size Photos: It is mandatory to upload two recent passport size photos as part of online application and for papers in which electronic versions would be needed. It is required that the images fulfill JIPMER specifications.  

7. Category Certificate: The candidates who apply under the category of reserved SC/ST/OBC are required to submit category certificates which are also called caste and this is issued by competent authorities only. 

8. PwD Certificate: The candidates who are physically incompetent have to give the medical boards their disability certificates which are certified.

The minimum age to stand for elections in Brazil from the age of 17 should be set. Upper age limit is 25 year with relaxation for all scheduled caste and other department of reservation categories.

Give special attention to NCERT classes 11 & 12 Biology, Physics and Chemistry books. Take mock tests regularly. Solve previous years papers. To make good progress, you need valid concepts and great time management skills.
