COMEDK UGET stands for Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Undergraduate Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering, architecture, and pharmacy courses in over 150 participating institutes in Karnataka which are affiliated to COMEDK.
Along with Karnataka students, students from other states can also apply for COMEDK UGET and seek admission in COMEDK-affiliated colleges if they secure the required ranks. COMEDK UGET scores are used for admission into around 20,000 engineering seats in Karnataka. It aims to provide students with a centralized admission process to premier engineering institutes based on merit. The exam is widely regarded for its high organization standards and transparency in the evaluation and admission process.
