MGU CAT 2023 Exam: The admission process for MGU CAT 2023 starts with the conduct of the entrance examination. Eligible candidates must appear for the MGU CAT 2023 exam, which is typically held at various exam centers.
Declaration of Results: After the examination is conducted, Mahatma Gandhi University will declare the MGU CAT 2023 results on its official website. Candidates can check their scores and ranks obtained in the exam.
Merit List: MGU will prepare a merit list based on the performance of candidates in the MGU CAT 2023 exam. Shortlisted candidates will be listed in the merit list based on their ranks.
Counseling Process: Based on the merit list, shortlisted candidates will be called for the counseling process. During counseling, candidates can choose their preferred courses and colleges based on their ranks and availability of seats.
Document Verification: Candidates need to submit the required documents during the counseling process for verification. These documents may include academic certificates, identity proof, category certificate (if applicable), and other relevant documents.
Seat Allotment: After document verification, candidates will be allotted seats in their chosen courses and colleges based on their ranks and preferences.
Fee Payment and Admission Confirmation: Candidates need to pay the required admission fee to confirm their seats. Once the fee is paid, their admission to the selected course will be confirmed.
The MGU CAT 2022 counselling will be held in two phases. In the first phase, the candidates will be allotted a college based on their rank and choice of college. In the second phase, the candidates will be allotted a seat based on their availability of seats and choice of course.
The first phase of counselling will be held online. The candidates will be required to log in to their account using their registered email ID and password. The candidates will be able to choose their preferred colleges and courses. The colleges will then release the seat availability list. The candidates will be allotted a college based on their rank and choice of college, subject to the availability of seats.
The second phase of counselling will be held offline. The candidates who are not allotted a college in the first phase will be called for offline counselling. The offline counselling will be held at the Manipal University campus in Karnataka. The candidates will be required to bring the following documents to the offline counselling:
