The Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. What is AP LAWCET?

The Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is a state-level law entrance exam for admission to 3-year LLB programs in Andhra Pradesh. The exam is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).

The AP LAWCET 2024 will be a computer-based exam (CBT) and the duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The exam will consist of three sections:

  • General Knowledge and Mental Ability (60 questions): This section will test the candidate's general knowledge, mental ability, and reasoning skills.

AP LAWCET Result 2024

The AP LAWCET 2024 result is expected to be announced in the second week of August 2024. You can check the result on the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE): https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/

To check the result, you will need to enter your registration number and date of birth. The result will be available in the form of a scorecard. The scorecard will contain the following details:

  • Your name, registration number, and date of birth
  • Your AP LAWCET score
  • Your All India Rank (AIR)
  • Your category
  • The cut-off marks for different categories

AP LAWCET Counseling 2024

The AP LAWCET 2024 counselling will be conducted in an online mode. The candidates who are shortlisted for the seat allotment process will have to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process will involve the following steps:

  1. Registration for counselling: The candidates will have to register for the counselling process on the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
  2. Choice filling: The candidates will have to fill their choices of colleges and courses of study.
  3. Seat allotment: The candidates will be allotted a seat based on their merit ranks and choice filling.
