IIM Rohtak is one of the topmost MBA institutes in India and is also officially recognized by AICTE. It was established in the year 2010 & got the certification from Ministry of Human Resource Development and It became an Institution of National Importance under IIM Act, 2017. The college has NAAC Grade ‘A’ Certification for its quality in the management stream and stands at 69th place under the Management category for the NIRF Ranking 2023 with aggrandized improvement of 23 places.

Management is one of the most popular fields of study among the learners and IIM Rohtak provides numerous postgraduate programs in management that includes PGP, EPGP, PGP-WE and PGP-AM. New Delhi: PGP admission process for the batch 2024-26 is done based on the CAT examination and later through GD/PI. For 2024 session, CAT registration is usually between August-September 2023, CAT exam is in the last week of November and shortlist declaration is in the second week of January 2024 while final admissions can be made until April 2024. EPGP accepts admissions through GMAT/GRE/CAT score and further selection through application assessment in January 2024 followed by the Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The admission process for PGP-WE and PGP-AM is based on the students’ performance in the entrance test as well as the application assessment.

A few of the companies which were top recruiters in 2022 were Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Group, American Express, Asian Paints, Bain & Co, Citi Bank, Flipkart, Hindustan Unilever Limited and many more than 100 companies. The median salary reached Rs. 25, 00,000 for the financial year 2022 whereas the highest salary offered was Rs. 56, 50, 000. More than 90% of the 2022 batch got Pre Placement Offers and the kind of talent being sourced shows the depth of quality being offered for management positions across sectors like Analytics, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, IT/ITES, Marketing etc.
