The two flagship programmes of IIM Rohtak are Post Graduate Programme in Management, and; Executive Post Graduate Programme for working executives. PGP has various fields of operation such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, and Strategy. The admission criteria for the PGP is based on admission test score having a minimum CAT percentile rank above cutoff marks and subsequently undergoes Group Discussion and Personal Interview. It also has additional conditions regarding GMAT scores, which may be higher than the cut-off point mentioned above. Similar to most EMBA programs, certain criteria of admission apply at EPGP but its work experience and management exposure is also considered. Some other courses offered are Ph.D., Fellow programme in management (FPM), and short-term executive education programmes in various specialization of management such as finance, marketing, operation, etc.

The admission tests valid at the IIM Rohtak campus across all types of programmes include CAT, GMAT, and Test of English Proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS). As for the CAT 2022 result, the candidates expect to receive it by the second week of January of the year following the exam, and those who pass the exam proceed to the Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, etc. The registration for CAT 2023 is scheduled for August 2023, and the examinations will be held in November 2023. GMAT can be taken throughout the year at specific examination centres, there are no fixed GMAT exam dates, the validity of scores is up to five years. IELTS/TOEFL are conducted regularly and at various times in the year worldwide. Temperament tests in entrance tests are followed by Group Discussions, Interviews, Work Experience evaluation etc for the final selection of candidates; offers for the PGP batch is usually made during April-May.

The admission process of IIM Rohtak also has the online process as well as the offline process for applying. Prospective MBA or any other management aspirants seeking admission in IIM Rohtak are required to visit the official website of the university at www.iimrohtak.ac.in for the form and information. Regarding the fee structure, it is important to note that the application fee for various category of candidates lies between Rs 1,200/- to Rs 2,000/-. It is important to note that the applicant can fill this form online and then submit all the essential documents and the fee through net banking/debit card. However, they can also download the application form, take a printout of the same and send it to IIM Rohtak by attaching the demand drafts towards the fee and self-attested copies of the certificates.

The key documents needed in the IIM Rohtak admission application include: Mark sheets of 10th and the 12th standard, graduate degree certificates if available, recommendations from previous employers if any, GMAT/CAT score card, statement of purpose. IIM Rohtak BBA Admission 2024

- IIM Rohtak has also introduced a 5-year IPM Programme that awards both an undergraduate degree of BBA and an MBA. However, it does not have a self-accrediting program that is the BBA.

- The criteria of IPM program admission is clearing 12th standard with passing percentage of 60% or above (55% for reserved category students). 

- The admission process can be summed up in the following steps: the candidate has to take the IPM-AT exam conducted by IIM Indore, then Writing Ability Test, and, finally, Personal Interview.

- According to the new proposed academic calendar for the new batch, the IPM-AT exam is planned to be conducted in April 2024. Students should prepare for registration of this exam because the registration is scheduled to commence early January 2024.

- Other than the total IPM-AT score first and second, marks scored in 10th as well as 12th standard, performance in the personal interview is also taken into account in final admission of the candidates. 

- The total number of seats for the 5 years Integrated Programme in Management IIM Rohtak is expected to be in the range of 120-150 for the batch of 2024-29.

IIM Rohtak BBA How To Apply?

1. General information about the course - 10+2 or its equivalent examination is necessary to complete, and the candidate must have passed with a minimum of 50% marks.

2. Fill in the online application form on the official site of the university – http://www.iimrohtak.ac.in, scroll down to the page Admissions Academics. There is an online link marked BBA admissions and for one to secure a chance, they are expected to fill an application form online.

3. Documents to be uploaded - As a part of the online application process, you are required to upload scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheets, photographs, signatures etc as per the format given above.

4. Submit the application fee – It is advisable to make the fee payment online through credit card, debit card, or through net banking etc., The fee may be mentioned on the website.

5. Preview the details, agree to the declaration specified, review the final details, and submit the complete application form. 

6. Print confirmation page – Simply print or save the page that appears when a submission is completed.

7. Wait for shortlist – after your application has been processed and will be deemed qualified, you will be shortlisted and invitation for group discussion and interview will follow.

8. come for the selection process - sit for the GD and PPT as per the scheduled date. The decision to admit or not will therefore be made in light with the student’s performance and records in the selection process.

IIM Rohtak Ph.D Admission 2024

- IIM Rohtak also offers Doctor of Philosophy, a full-time doctoral program in the field of Management. It may take the form of scholarships, bursaries, grants or loans and they are normally offered in January/February of the year.

- Eligibility criteria: The candidates who have completed their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination with minimum 55% of marks in the aggregate should be eligible for the course. In the case of the reserved category, it is 50 percent of marks. Final year masters students are also eligible to apply for the positions.

- Admission Process: Generally, it consists of an entrance test wherein applicants are assessed on their research skills, analytical ability, and written communication proficiency. Aspiring candidates have to go through an interview process. 

- Finally, the candidate chosen depends on the candidate’s performance in the test, interview, as well as the academic performance. The job experience is also given as much importance as any other factor in determining the credibility of a candidate.

IIM Rohtak Ph.D Selection Criteria

- The candidate should have master’s degree or its equivalent examination in the related discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. A candidate may also be allowed relaxation as per rules in force in the government for candidates of a particular category.

- A candidate needs to clear a national level entrance examination like UGC NET, GATE, etc., or one has to appear for a Common Admission Test conducted by any of the IIMs. There maybe cases where certain candidates are allowed to be waived off from taking these entrance examinations, this according to the conditions set by IIM Rohtak.

- The particular processes are a personal interview and / or a research proposal presentation wherein the research ability, subject preference, knowledge, etc is assessed.  

- In making the last decisions about candidates, the academic accomplishment, entrance examination result, interview, previous working experience, publications, etc. are considered.
