Xavier Aptitude Test

XAT, Xavier Aptitude Test, which is a reputed in the sector of management entrance exams aimed to grant admissions to over 160 member institutes, is developed and held for the purpose of that by XLRI Jamshedpur on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). XAT is used to assess a candidate's aptitude, logical reasoning abilities, capabilities to make decisions, and, in general, the level of mathematical competency. The test almost always happens around the first week of January every year.

XAT 2024 is most likely going to be held on January 8th, 2023 in an over the web model. The registration process normally kicked off from week 1st, August and closed on week 3rd of November. XAT has 3 main sections consisting of Part I with 24 questions which examines verbal & logical ability, decision making in Part II with 21 questions, and essay type questions in Part III to assess general knowledge. The length of the event is 03 hours. 

The XAT 2024 result is likely to be declared during the middle/ later part of January (how about ‘week-end’ or/ and ‘the beginning of the new week’). The score thus becomes an Indicator to over 160 colleges. XLRI being one of the top institution for PGDM and BM use the score for admission. The kind of bridge will depend on the engineering Institute and the course. Candidates are required to separately register to institutes once an applicant XAT is done. XAT scores along with the criteria set by the institutions indicate the final admission that will be taken.
