Eligibility:
- One should appear in the 10+2 or equivalent examination having got Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects.
- 50% minimum aggregate (45% marks for SC/ ST students) is compulsory in 10+2.
- Clear NATA test selection round.

Admission Process:
- The admission will be conducted on the basis of merit, and the merit will be calculated by 40% from 10+2 marks and by 60% from the NATA exam.
- Complete such processes as counseling and entering into agreement to secure the admission.
- The sum of total fee for the whole B.Arch degree course as the fees for the whole course comes to about ₹1.8 lakhs.

1. Check the eligibility criteria: To be eligible for the admission, you must have completed 12+2 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics and also have qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) exam.
2. Apply online through the official website when applications open (usually in April/May): Please visit www.nitrkl.ac.in and under the admissions tab on the website. Make sure that you fill out the application form correctly and remit the application fees online.
3. Upload required documents: These include photocopies of your 10 and 12 mark sheets, NATA mark sheet, caste certificate if applicable, along with other relevant documents mentioned in the instructions.
4. Check admission list when announced: Usually, an official merit that is comprised of names of final candidates is put online in June on the website.
5. Confirm admission: If we are lucky to be admitted, proceed to the portal to login and confirm by paying the requisite fee. Push up any pending documents and have naibandi or other useful services at the campus.
6. Join the program: Register for the B.Arch classes and join NIT Rourkela Institute as per the academic calendar given. And additionally, orientation and induction sessions.
