Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Sciences, etc) with minimum 60% marks or 7.0 CGPA.
Documents Required
Marksheets of 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree, Degree/Provisional certificate, Standardized exam scores (GATE/NET if applicable), Statement of Purpose, Academic and professional recommendations, Photo ID proof, Migration/Transfer certificate.
Admission Process
Apply online through IIT Delhi's PG admission portal when applications are open. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and/or interview. Final admission offers based on academic record, exam scores, interview performance. Admitted candidates must submit all document originals for verification.

IIT Delhi Master of Science [M.S] Selection Criteria
1. Selection is through nationwide entrance exam - GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). The aspirants have to qualifying GATE test with the suitable score in the respective discipline.
2. The next step is to call the shortlisted candidates for the interview. The interview evaluates the extent to which the candidate has technical knowledge specific to their postgraduate area of specialty.
3. The final selection balances the - GATE score, academic background, performance in interview, relevant work experience etc. and each department may include additional admission criteria like written tests, micro presentations etc.
4. The selection criteria for sponsored candidates from public sector undertakings are based on their academic record, professional experience, and their interview performance. The GATE score exemption may be granted for them.
5. Along with the merit-based M.S. seats, some seats are also be earmarked for economically weaker sections, differently-abled people, or any other reserved category as per a government rule.
