Law Courses Eligibility Criteria in India 

1. Generally, 10+2 pass in any stream from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2. For 5-year Integrated BA LLB program, candidate should pass 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 45% of marks aggregate. 

3. Some of the rules which are still in force are that there is no upper age limit for admission in LLB and integrated law programs.

4. For LLM program, prospective students are demanded to have LLB degree with no less than 50% of the average grade.

5. To be eligible for the PhD in Law, the candidate must possess an LLM degree with at least 55% marks.

6. Reduction in the percentage of marks for reserved category students as per the government rules and regulations norms.
