In order to enroll in the institution, the following steps should be followed: Admission is done in January every year. For the BTech admissions, students require to take some tests /exams like JEE Main (January & April sessions), MP PET, JEE Advanced. For MTech, candidates are eligible who have appeared for GATE. All programs’ application processes are generally launched in March-April when the results of the exams are released. It is also noteworthy that the final admission decisions at IIITDM Jabalpur are based on national level exam scores and the student’s performance in the personal interview/ counseling round. The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDM Jabalpur) offers admission to its B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, and MBA for the duration of 2019-20. They can also apply for admission either online or through traditional methods such as filling physical forms. 

To apply online, the candidate should log-in on the official website of the University at iiitdmj.ac.in and select the ‘Admissions’ tab. Choose the program of the applicant’s preference and complete the online application form with due attention to the particulars. Submit scanned images of documents and photographs provided they meet the media specifications. IIITDM Jabalpur B.Tech Admission 2024

- The college has a B.Tech course in Computer Science and Engineering with a duration of four years which includes specializations in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science etc.

- It is an integral part of the DTU that provides admission to the students on the basis of their rank in the JEE Main. It is mandatory for the candidates to have a valid JEE Main score if they wish to apply for the intake.

- They also offer lateral entry for diploma holders directly into the second year of B.Tech programme with percentage obtained in the diploma.

- The B.Tech program is offered by the college and there are around 120 seats available for the course. This may slightly change from one year to the other.

IIITDM Jabalpur B.Tech Selection Criteria

- They select candidates based on the rankings secured in JEE Main. To be eligible for the admissions, candidates are necessitated to write Paper 1 of the JEE Main and secure the required cut-off marks.

- For admission to each B.Tech program, 60% weightage is given to the JEE Main candidate’s score, and 40% weightage is given to their 12 board exam marks.

- The category wise differentiating factors include cut offs and ranking in terms of General category , OBC-NCL category, SC category and ST category. The culling starts at around 25000 ranks in JEE Main.

1. These include academic qualifications, entrance examination, and other relevant factors that a candidate must meet to gain admission into the university. The general requirement is that the candidate should have passed 12th standard with subjects of physics, chemistry and maths.

2. Give and sit for one of the national level engineering entrance examinations such as the JEE Main. Counselling and seat allocation is done based on the scores you have obtained so you can apply for these services.

3. After the counselling process start, you must get yourself registered and also enter your options of branches and colleges.

- The PhD programmes at IIITDM Jabalpur are generally announced during the second half of the year for the next academic session that starts in July/ August.

1. To know the date of opening of Ph.D. admissions, students may visit the institute’s website or approach the concerned section of the institute. It is common to find them advertise vacancies such as Ph.D.’s on the internet.

2. During admission, it is possible to download the information on the Ph.D. program from the website. Check the eligibility, the number of seats, topics of interest, etc.

IIITDM Jabalpur M.Des Admission 2024

- IIITDM Jabalpur dosti Industrial Design mein IIITDM Jabalpur 2 saal ka full-time M.Des program offer karta hai.

- It for admissions which takes place in May-June every year. 

- Aptitude test in engineering graduate commonly known as GATE is mandatory for admission. Sath hote hain kuch eligibility criteria bhi jaise graduate in design/engineering etc ke taraf se.

Here also, the provisions of relaxation in marks are applicable as per norms for the candidates of reserved categories.
