Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune was established in the year 1983 and is a University affiliated college to Savitribai Phule Pune University. Vishwakarma Institute of Technology Pune has placement facility for the passing out students every year in different reputed organizations. The university witnessed more than 500 companies visiting its campus for placements in the year and some of the top companieswhich offered placement for the students included Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys etc. The maximum offer for salary was Rs. 43,000 per month in this year. The average compensation size for employees across all branches was Rs 8.2 lakh per annum, an enhancement of 12% over the prior year. Campus placements: More than 85% of the students appeared for campus interviews and got selected through campus interviews.
