The LNMIIT (LNMIIT) or LNM Institute of Information Technology is the top institute of technology located in the eminent city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. LNMIIT was launched in 2003 to provide opportunities to the students for undergraduate and postgraduate level of placements in the disciplines like Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Mechanical Engineering and Management. The college provides modern equipped labs and college, library, and prime placement. 

The program of BTech Computer Science and Engineering is created to let student learn details of subjects like programming, algorithms, database, operating system, and computer networks. The integrated MBA program gives the opportunity to students to major in either Marketing or Finance while being familiar with such topics like accounting, economics, strategy analytics so many more. 

In the period of November-December, last-semester (even-semester) tests are conducted and odd-semester tests are held within the period of April-May each year. The 2024 taking batch’s admission process begins in January 2024. National level tests like JEE Main and CAT form part of their evaluation and then students have to appear for the personal interview round in LGMIIT for selection among others. On total, more than 500 students receive education in undergrad and postgraduate programs. The selection criteria is therefore, an assessment of academic performance, a personality trait and interests.

The LNM Institute of Information Technology Admission Process 2024

- Admission is based on entrance examination LNM IIT could accept scores from any available exams such as JEE Main, UPSEE. A student would be qualified based on the required cutoff marks in any of these exam.

- Some programs require LNIITAT (an entrance test known as LNM Institute of Information Technology Admission Test) conducted by LNM IIT to get admission. Students applying for these colleges are offered admission if they attain a certain score in this test.

- Along with entrance exams achievement, also numeries like the 12th board marks, academic proficiency and extracurricular activities are taken into consideration during the admission process. 

- Thereafter, the candidates are shortlisted based on their merit, they need to undergo counseling sessions where document verification, selecting a specialization/domain and fee payment will be completed.

- Places are attributed to the corresponding grades of entrance exam scores, preferences indicated by students and the available places in each of the programs.

- A different set of requirements apply for the students who want lateral entry admission into 2nd Year (direct admission). This includes completion of diploma or a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. The admittance of candidates through a side entry may have another procedure.
