CUET PG or Common University Entrance Test for Post-Graduate admissions is an all-India level entrance examination solely managed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is undertaken by candidates for the purpose of being admitted into post-graduate programs offered by Central Universities and other participating institutional bodies. Inequitable access to funding and other resources was a major challenge that contenders faced irrespective of their political affiliation. This was Likuni initiated in 2022 to ensure candidates get equal opportunities no matter which part of the country one is from. CUET PG is a computer based test which is taken online that has questions bank consisting of general testing assignments, domains’ specific assignments and languages. The exam significantly reduces the hassle of filling multiple application forms for various universities/colleges across India because of it.
The CUET PG edition 1st culminated on September 12, 2022 which was the last day of the examination. On 23rd September, among the 4 lakh candidates who took part in this, the results were published on 26th September. One can expect that CUET PG 2024 detailed notifications or exam dates to be out in the official website www.cuet.nta.nic.in in the month of May-June 2024 or even later. The application process may start in July and the examination schedule is likely to be in August-September 2024. The preceding session lineup would be used as reference. CUET PG 2024 score determines whether the candidate will be admitted or not in the postgraduate program, especially in the ones participating in the program.
