REVA University Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] Selection Criteria

- Selection in the university is based on the REVA EET exam written by the candidates which is conducted by the university.

- Those who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examinations successful with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as required subjects they will then be eligible for the examinations. Just as a minimum aggregate percentage of 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) comprising the subjects mentioned below need to be obtained.

- REVA EET is a Computer-based written exam with 120 multiple choice questions. It evaluates mathematics, physics and chemistry at 10+2 level, including basic aptitude and reasoning.

- On the basis of the REVA EET scores, the list of candidates will be finalized. And they will be invited to take part in the counselling procedure. In this procedure, branch and program will be allocated to candidates according to their rank, preferences, and category.

- Other than REVA EET scores, merits will be given to the students with higher 10+2 in PCM, those who have studied in REVA itself for 10+2, etc. at the time of counselling and admissions.

1. Please click the link below, which will lead you to REVA University's website where the 'Admissions' section can be found. Search for the admission form from which one is eligible to apply for undergraduate programs in B.Tech.

2. Decide the B.Tech specialization under which you are falling - there are a lot of streams that can be taken into account like Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, etc.

3. The first step is to fill in an online form which will require you to give details about your academic background since 10th and 12th standard plus personal details, such as contact information.

4. Put the scanned photos of your passport, signature, 10th and 12th mark sheets as might be required on the site.

5. Master the art of online payment via net banking, debit card or credit card and complete the application fee payment. It is at this rate, that is normally RS.1200.

6. File the REVA University B.Tech application at the admissions office in which case you will receive a receipt with application number.

7. If placed in this group, you will be the shortlist and the REVA engineering examiner will call you for this. As in the event of your receiving the scores, you will have an appointment for a counseling and admission session.
