The J.C. Bose University Of Science And Technology, YMCA is the top ranked technological and research university located in Faridabad, Haryana. Founded in 2009, IASR is named after the honorable Nobel prize winner Sir J.C. Bose. The university caters for academics of different levels including undergraduate and postgraduate programs covering many fields including engineering, computer application, management, and commerce and design. The institution offers two major course i.e. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and MBA in Marketing. The B.Tech CSE coursework consists of subjects such as programming, algorithms and data structures, database management systems, and software engineering. The MBA Marketing program has courses for marketers, understanding consumer behavior, advertising, sales management, and other marketing concepts. Broadly speaking, in terms of end semester examinations, most UG and PG courses are conducted in November-December and April-May respectively. The students who will be admitted in 2024 should start the process in December 2023 if they want to apply. Candidates need either online or offline application process and appear in the examination known as Uni-GAUGE-E or GAT-B that is conducted by the university. Finally, ahead of the admission confirmation, selected candidates are seen undergoing counselling sessions as per their scores and preferred choices for the admission. - The university through its undergraduate and postgraduate programs like BTech, MTech, MSc, PhD etc. in the disciplines such as engineering, sciences, computer applications etc. is providing unique opportunity.

- For BTech programs, the candidates must have the 10+2 or comparable levels of education with major subjects as Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. The minimum criterion, however, is that the aggregate score be 60% or CGPA equivalent. 

- For MTech, a bachelor's degree in BE/BTech related discipline is usually the requisite with a minimum aggregate marks of 60% or an equivalent CGPA. Some few accommodations such as SC/ST candidates are likely to be provided.

- Unlike M.Phil. admission process, the candidate must be holder of a relevant Master's degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade for PhD admission. Middle year of the Master's program is also possible to apply.

- Advertisements are run on our university website to cater for application invitations or through advertisements in the press. If required, competitive exams like GATE/NET may be included in some of the programs. Competitive exams like GATE/NET scores, which may be required in certain programs.

- JCBOSETECHs courses range from the undergraduate level to postgraduate programs with major cross-disciplines that include engineering, sciences, management, and more.

- Admission to undergraduates is based on candidates who have passed a minimum of 10+2 with 50% aggregates (45% for SC/ST students).

- Entrance is regarded as a ‘who is who’ in the merit-based test. Some institutions will add additional assessment tests on top of their respective application requirements.

- Exclude high school for the postgraduate courses where the condition is 12th graduate with minimum 50% marks (45% for OBC and ST/SC Categories). Admission test may be made admission requirements.

- Announcements through social media/ university website or gazettes are mandatory for applications. A student may either submit an online or a hard copy application accompanied with the main and necessary documents.  

- At the end of the shortlisting process, admission-seeking candidates are required to come in for counseling services which consist of document verification, fee payment, and admission proper.
