1. Admissions are through the JEE Main exam. Appearing for JEE Main and scoring minimum marks required is the first level that a candidate has to clear.
2. The admission process occurs in the form of counselling that is done by the Delhi Counselling Committee. The seats are assigned on the basis of the JEE Main rank list, choice filling, and availability of the seats.
3. 60% of seats are allocated for Delhi residents, whereas 40% of seats are allotted for candidates from other states.
4. There are separate categories for the SC, ST, OBC, PwD candidates as per government rules.
5. Besides JEE Main scores, applicants also need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of IGDTUW which includes minimum marks in 12th board examinations, etc.
