1. Educational Qualification: Candidates may have passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate in discipline subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

1. The students are chosen based on their marks and rankings either in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains or other national/state level entrance tests.
2. Following the publication of test results, IGDTU discloses application forms with the cut-off date as well as other information related to admission on its website.
3. To apply, students should fill the application form either on line or off line depending on instruction. This involves the payment of an application fee.
4. The selection is based on the examination scores and ranks. The candidates are then provisionally shortlisted depending on the BTech courses such as Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, et cetera.
