Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) is a public university situated in Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand in India. Set up in the year 2005, UTU has become a recognized engineering and technical university of the state, providing diploma, degrees, and postgraduate courses in engineering and science. The university counts now over 150 college members located in the state.

Among many courses, UTU is offering BTech in Computer Science Engineering and BTech in Electronics Engineering and Communication. The BTech programs have duration of 4 years with 8 semesters, including practicals and theory exams both at the start and end of each semester. The new 2024 batch will start with the admission in May 2024. Students have to appear in STATE/NATIONAL level entrance exams like UTTARAKHAND STATE ENTRANCE EXAM (UKSEE).
