Nitte University is a private-owned University located in the city of Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. Hailing its beginning since 1992 is one of the most outstanding universities in the region admired for quality in professional education. The university offers courses in all streams including engineering, medicine, dental, business, architecture, and many other fields. Majorly, Nitte University courses are BTech programs which last for 4-years in Computers and MBA specialized in Finance, Marketing and HR areas. The final exams in the BTech (Computer Science) program are mostly taken in the months of November and April each year. The MBA program provides a fixed date for trimester exams, the schedule of which varies depending on the specialization. 1. Eligibility Check

Candidates should be eligible upto the minimum university requirement which mostly involves that one should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with certain minimum marks as specified by the university. Extra criteria like age limit or entrance exams may also controll for some programs.

2. Application

The applicants who are interested in this post have to type their online application first. On the application website, online payment for the servicing is also possible. Application that includes submission of personal details like name, contact, course preference etc and scanned copies of previous marksheets and certificates are uploaded.

3. Entrance Exams

Some programs may request exams from the university for the admission to the program like an entrance exam called Nucet for engineering programs. Students will go through the test score and the candidates will be ranked for moving in the recruitment pipeline.

4. Counseling and Selection 

The screening phase involves shortlisting the applicants and inviting them for on-to-one interviews where their documents and eligibilities are checked. Candidates have to undergo counseling which determine seat allotment based on rank, preferences etc, while admittance and course fees are required to confirm one's admission.

5. Final Admission

When the candidate appears for the counseling the university then asks the candidate to submit the final mark sheets, certificates, etc, which are then verified by the university and after the eligibility is established, the university formally approves the admission. The candidate gets enrolled in their program at the college, after they have been issued with the roll number.
