NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level medical entrance test which is held by NTA (National Testing Agency) every year for students who wish to apply for undergraduate courses like BDS, B.Sc, MBBS, Veterinary Science and Ayurveda in different medical colleges or universities across the country. Having made its debut in 2017, NEET is currently the toughest competition in India with more than 16 lac students trying their luck in it per annum. 

The NEET examination has three sections including - Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The amount of work to be done is 180 questions of multiple choice type that need to be solved in 180 minutes. NEET exams set the students' conceptual knowledge and mental ability in these areas which were taught up to grade 12 as a benchmark. If correctly answered, positive marking gives 1 mark while a wrong answers gives one mark down. 

NEET results are compiled at NTA as per final answer key. The results which will be used later in the admission process will be kindly notified after All India Rank for all candidates. Applicants for the NDA exam can expect it to be held in May 2024, as has always been in previous years. Registration process will be kickoff from December - January. After NTA's official statement, candidates can expect to get their result within one lunar month of the exam date. This is the reason there might be NEET 2024 result announcement in June 2024.

How to Make Corrections in NEET Application Form 2024?

1. login the ntaneet.nic.in official website with your number of application and password.

2. Find this link "Application Correction" under the heading "Access to our services" at the home page.

3. You will then be able to view the date of submission by skimming on your filled application form. Review it carefully.

4. If you want to make changes, click on the "Edit" icon next to the information that you want to correct. These can be for details like name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, etc.

5. Enable the prescribed operation and press "Submit". Compile the information and ensure there are no further edits required prior to submission.

6. Course/programs do not work for everyone. So, If correction fees are applicable, pay them. The fees can precisely differ for different types of corrections.

7. Please tender a copy of the declaration form duly filled indicating the changes you have made. In case you are required to do so, submit the scanned copies.

8. Submit your application form after applying the suggested changes and take a print out of the activity it for future reference.
