- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects. They must have obtained minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in these subjects taken together.
- Entrance Exams: Candidates have to appear for national/state level entrance exams like NEET. Based on their scores in these exams, they will be eligible for counseling and admission process.
- Age Limit: Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete this age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS course.
- Number of Attempts: General category candidates can attempt NEET maximum of 3 times. There is no attempt limit for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
