NEET-MDS is the common entrance exam for the Indian medical universities that are looking to offer a Master of Dental Surgery course. It examines the competence of candidates for admissions to MDS courses such as Periodontology, Orthodontics, Oral Pathology, Prosthodontics, and so on by the National Board of Examination (NBE). Only those colleges approved under the Dentists Act, 1948 are qualified to conduct the PG entrance examinations. The CBT has about 240 multiple choices contingent on each aspect of dental practice.
The test helps in setting one entrance cum eligibility exam for admitting a uniform and high standard dental professionals each year. As per the NEET MDS 2023 eligibility test is scheduled for March 1, 2023 will while the results will be declared by March 31, 2023. Starting from July/August 2023, the National Board of Examination (NBE) will announce news about the NEET MDS 2024 exam date. In addition to this, the information bulletin which will have all the exam details about application, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, and results declaration date, will also be announced by NBE.
