AIIMS in Delhi provides M.Sc degrees in multiple medical and allied health field through the Master of Science program. The main purpose of these programs is to offer advanced learning in subjects such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, and biophysics.
The minimum requirement for MSc program candidates is at least 60% marks in their respective fields of graduation. The admission to MSc programs at AIIMS are both based on a national level entrance exam taken at the end of the year and individual counselor interviews. The MSc programs consist of a 2-year long program that includes both the theoretical and practical/clinical sessions.

AIIMS New Delhi Ph.D Selection Criteria

1. A candidate must hold a master's degree in the subject matter and must have scored at least 55% or equivalent grade in the required subject.
2. The test is computer-based and the interview is conducted afterwards. The CBT tests general aptitudes, subject comprehension abilities, and researches.
3. Those who are shortlisted from the CBT will be sent for interviews where the hiring committee will assess them. The interview rates the candidate's level of such skills as subject-matter knowledge, research potential, communication and critical thinking skills.
4. Final segment includes the candidate's CBT result, interview outcome, academic qualifications and research experience among others.
5. Reservation guidelines as prescribed by the Government of India are adhered while selecting candidates.
6. Pre-selected PhD candidates are required to register for the program within a specific period, during which admission is verifiable.

AIIMS New Delhi Master of Dental Surgery [MDS] Selection Criteria

1. Qualifying Exam: The candidates must be duly registered with the DCI/State Dental Council after completing the necessary examinations and obtained provisional as well as permanent registration.
2. Entrance Test: To enter AIIMS, candidates have to take an entrance test, AIIMS entrance exam. Then the short highlighted candidates will be asked to attend the interview.
3. Merit List: The combined list is derived from the prelims exam result, based on the candidates' scores. Seating preference is based on marks scored, respective reservations and counseling choices.
4. Counseling: The final stage involves the qualified shortlisted candidates to attend an interview and counseling session before a medical board where as well verification of the documents is done. Preference for MD services sub specialization is considered.
5. Reservations: 15% seats for the SC, 7.5% for ST, and 27% for non-creamy OBC candidates comply with government regulation.

AIIMS New Delhi M.B.B.S. Selection Criteria

1. Entrance Exam
Students are required to undergo the entrance examination administered by AIIMS New Delhi which is termed as AIIMS MBBS entrance exam. It is an annual nationwide examination which is highly competitive.
2. Merit Based
Selection is purely merit-based. It is on the basis of the scores/rank secured in the entrance examination.
3. Minimum Cut Offs
There is no specific passing mark cut-off but the AIIMS releases the lowest qualifying percentile/score for the general and reserved categories separately. If candidates manage this, they are still qualified.
4. Seat Allocation
