AIIMS MSc Overview

The AIIMS MSc Entrance Examination is a prestigious and competitive test conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for admission into various Master of Science (MSc) programs offered by its renowned medical institutes. AIIMS M.Sc 2024 Eligibility

CriteriaDetails
NationalityIndian nationals, OCI/PIO/NRIs, and foreign national candidates are eligible to apply.
AgeCandidates must have completed the age of 21 years as on 31st December 2024. There will be no upper age limit to appear in AIIMS M.Sc.
QualificationsCandidates must have passed the MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from an MCI-recognized institution. Internship: Completion of a one-year internship by the designated cutoff date is mandatory.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 Reservation

  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 15%
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 7.5%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27%
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 3%

The reservation is applicable to all the seats in the AIIMS M.Sc. exam, including the All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the State Quota seats.

The following are the documents that are required to avail of reservation in the AIIMS M.Sc. 2023 exam:

  • SC/ST/OBC certificate: A caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • PwD certificate: A disability certificate issued by the competent authority.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 Admit Card

The AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 admit card will be released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in May 2024. The admit card will be available on the AIIMS website.

To download the admit card, candidates will need to enter their registration number and password. The admit card will contain the following information:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Roll number
  • Date of birth
  • Category
  • Exam center
  • Reporting time

SyllabusThe syllabus for the AIIMS M.Sc. exam is based on the MBBS curriculum. The syllabus is divided into two parts:

AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 Results 

The AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 results have not yet been declared. The results are usually declared in July/August 2024.

The results will be available on the AIIMS website. Candidates can check their results by entering their roll number and date of birth.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2024 Counselling 

The counselling will be a two-stage process:

  1. Choice filling: Candidates will be allotted a rank based on their AIIMS M.Sc. score. They will then be allowed to fill their choices of courses and institutes.
  2. Seat allotment: The AIIMS will allot seats to the candidates based on their choices and the availability of seats.

The counselling will be conducted on the AIIMS website. Candidates will need to register for the counselling on the AIIMS website. They will also need to upload their documents and pay the counselling fee.

The following are the documents that will be required for the AIIMS M.Sc. counselling:
