Pillai College of Engineering Mumbai is a college for engineering offering degree courses in computer engineering, information technology, Electronics and telecommunication, electrical, mechanical, civil and biomedical engineering. It should also be noted that the above-mentioned standards differ depending on the department. For Computer Science and IT, one has to clear 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate. For E&TC an Electrical Engineering, the candidate needs to have minimum 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th exam. For all the engineering courses the institute provides admission on the basis of merit scores of MHT CET, JEE Main, and MH-CET examination.  

This institute includes B.Tech Degree Courses in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Civil Biomedical Engineering Streams.

PCE Mumbai Application Process 2024

The admission procedure to enroll in the Pillai College of Engineering Mumbai is a combination of both online and offline methods. For the registration, students can register themselves online through the official website of the MES college such as www.mes.ac.in, or can get the form and register from the campus itself. 

Students wishing to seek admission under BTech need to have passed Class 12 in PCM stream with a minimum of 50 % marks. For the admissions, students are selected based on their performance score obtained in MHT-CET/JEE-Main exams. For online registration, applicants have to visit the admission portal, register for new account, once the account has been created, applicants have to fill their application form and scan and upload their documents. They can pay fees through the online modes of payment. Make a photocopy of the filled form and keep the original copy; surrender the acknowledgment slip after the completion of the form.

PCE Mumbai PG Admission 2024

Postgraduate courses are offered at the Pillai College of Engineering, Mumbai in almost every specialization stream of engineering and technology. The following are the basic admission criteria for MTech programs across departments of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication and other related streams Students must possess a BE/B Tech degree in a related branch with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) from any recognized university. The candidates, who wish to secure admission in MTech courses, they must have qualified this test called GATE. For ME programs such as CAD/CAM, Engineering Design, etc. as well as for admission in ME program in respective discipline a BE/BTech degree in relevant engineering is also required along with having a valid GATE score above the cutoff of the department. The MCA program specifies that the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any stream with Mathematics in her/ his 10+2 examination and must secure a minimum of 50 % marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PH category). Approved tests are MAH-MCA-CET, MAT, GMAT and JMET.
