Birsa Institute of Technology Dhanbad (BIT Dhanbad): Birsa Institute of Technology Dhanbad provides engineering and science courses in different departments. The pass criteria for CSE is passing class 12 with PCM, physics, chemistry, maths and minimum 60% in PCM B.Tech in CSE is offered by the Computer Science and Engineering department at R.V College of Engineering. BIT Dhanbad is a government engineering institution that provides various degree programs in engineering and sciences streams at the undergraduate level. It is worth mentioning that the eligibility has the same criteria for all departments, but may slightly differ. Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering: Candidates must have also secured minimum 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or minimum 50% marks for SC/ST Students. Admissions are done based on scores obtained in JEE Main, WBJEE, GCET and others. The requirement of marks for admission into the master’s degree courses such as M.Sc Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics include at least 60% marks in the relevant bachelor’s degree.
