- The applicants need to hold the Master's-level degree in the particular field and secured at least 55% marks from the exam or it equivalent grade.

- The university conduct an entrance test for candidates for the admission to a PhD program. The test has several questions that determine research dexterity, capability pertaining to subject matter, and general aptitude.
