JNU Common Entrance Exam Biotechnology (JNU CEEB) which is National level and entrance test conducted for admission in M.Sc Biotechnology program provided by Jawaharlal Nehru University. School of Biotechnology houses the 2-year M.Sc Biotechnology program whose total intake is around 46.
The JNU CEEB exam assesses the capability of the candidates with respect to the biotechnology area. It aims to find out how an applicant copes with practical, scientific and critical thinking. The computer-based test has 100 multiple – choice questions, which should be answered within a 2 hour period. Questions are designed from subjects from a subject base in chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics, in a way that is relevant to biotechnology. As far as JNU CEEB 2024 is concerned, the candidates will see the official notification in December 2023. Probably, the exam dates will be from the second to the third week of May next year, that is, in the year of 2024. Findings will be published online at JNU official website by the last week of May or early June of 2024. Only shortlisted students will have to come for an interview which is closely on the heels of the submission date of the online application form in June-July 2024 for final admission process. Starting with the Academic Programme of July 2024, the new batch will join.
