- Admission testing is B.Ed or equivalent merits-based examination.
- PS: For the general category candidates, minimum 50% aggregate marks in B.Ed must be obtained. For reserved category, minimum marks are exclusive.
- In this case, the seats reserved for B.Ed candidates with 45-50% will still be vacant; these candidates may be entitled to seats if the quota is filled at later stages.
- Also, the university test is conducted for admission where the candidates are selected. Preference is given to examinees who have successfully qualified entrance test and clearance exams while composing final merit list.
- For those in-service candidates (teachers), certain percentage seats are accounted for and criteria of selection process for them shall be mildly softened.
- Lastly, selection happens based on merit - the university prepares a merit list so many times (using the aggregate percentage, entrance test marks, reservation polices, etc.).
- In the event of a tie, some rules that are followed by the university are put in place to determine the individual who wins.
