Eligibility
10+2 or equivalent qualification with minimum 60% mark (55% for SC/ST/PwD) of science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Math). Qualifying in JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE).

Admission Process
Appear in engineering sciences for JNUEE that is an aptitude test. Clear the written test to become eligible for the counseling session. Attend the counseling session to book up the seat for the dual degree B.Tech+M.Tech course on time and subject to availability. Finish document verification and issue the admission fees.

5 yrs (10 semesters), Eventually leads to both the B.Tech and M.Tech degree being awarded on completion.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] + Master of Technology [M.Tech] Selection Criteria

1. Entrance is through the JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE) administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates have to apply and appear for the examination.
2. The exam assesses the candidates' competencies in physics, chemistry and mathematics at the 10+2 level. Moreover, there are also some types of questions concern about aptitude, analysis and language.
3. According to the marks scored in JNUEE, the candidates are screened for further interview rounds. The final selection includes a 70% weightage of JNUEE scores and a 30% weightage for interview performance.
4. Seats are also kept aside for candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC etc. as per government law.
5. During admission, students should have completed 10+2 level or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all subjects.
6. For those appearing in their qualifying exam can also apply, they have to present their mark sheet before the registration if selected.
