The International Institute of Information Technology Raipur (IIIT Raipur) is going to be a unique institute that will be the center of the higher studies and researches in the field of Information Technology by the year 2024. IIIT Raipur was founded in 2013 and it has campus infrastructure, which are state-of-the-art and are spread across 50 acres of land. It offers undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses, and PhD programs in the disciplines of Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Applied Mathematics, and Humanities as well. 

In the immediate future IIIT Raipur shall be raising its student population to 2000 students from all the various programmes by 2024. The essence of the institute is to promote innovation by introducing new programs in the latest areas such as Data Science, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to provide the necessary skills for the fast-growing market. IIIT Raipur plans to make research its key function and intends to establish 25 centers of excellence in the most specialized research fields and to ensure it ranks among the top-ranked IIITs in India.

International Institute of Information Technology Eligibility Criteria 2024

For BTech:

10+2 or equivalent in any discipline with total aggregate marks being 60% (55% for SC/ST students)

Satisfaction of the entrance in the JEE Main or the other national/state level assessment examinations is the most important point.

For MTech:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech./B.E.) or equivalent degree in appropriate branch with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST students)

The score of GATE or IIIT Raipur's entrance exam served as a valid criterion. 

For PhD:

Master of Engineering (ME)/ Master of Technology (MTech) in allied subjects, or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST students 

Better GATE/NET ranking or IIITR entrance exam score.
