Eligibility:
- Should have passed the 10+2 or any equivalent level of examination that included Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as a primary subject.
- Lesser the composite aggregate marks of 50% in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)

- Medical fitness certificate
- 8 photos for passport
- Temporary pass certificate (pending if the result is awaited).

Admission Process:
- Attend Manipal Entrance Test (MET) which is a gateway to get admission in MAHE organized by the university.
- Applications for counseling are collected by registration and payment of fees.
- Go to the counseling session at the given time through schedule.
- A seat selection should be an option to choose a seat indicated by MET rank, student's preferences or seat availability.
- All documents and fees should be submitted as soon as possible through the admission office in order to complete this procedure.

- Entrance Exam: The students have to appear in Manipal Entrance Test (MET), which is held by the MAHE authority. Following the review of resumes, candidates are then invited for interviewing and counseling.
- Merit in Qualifying Exam: MET admissions require applicants to have cleared the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry among the main subjects. Minimum aggregate marks to be had is 60% for general category whereas it is 50% for SC/ST/OBC.
- Interviews: Following the MET, shortlisted candidates are invited to interview and to attend sessions of counseling in which their academic merit, overall personality, interests etc. are being evaluated.
- Number of Seats: A number of seats for a medical course is different from college to college and every year it varies at MAHE. The seating arrangement which is also based on the categories.
- Reservation Policy: In keeping with the government rules, for SC candidates 15% seats are reserved , for ST candidates 7.5% seats are reserved and for OBC candidates 27% seats are reserved.

Meet eligibility criteria of MAHE which includes academics and the age, by meeting requirements like minimum science stream passing marks of 12th grade.
2. Apply Online
For the application of M.B.B.S at the MAHE admissions website, please complete our online application form. You will require uploading files at the college website and make the payments online.
3. Take Entrance Test
Finally, appear for the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) organized by MAHE. Candidates shortlisted according MET score points can take part in counseling program.
4. Counseling
If there is an opportunity for a position, you will be asked to attend a counseling, where you choose your desired college among the medical colleges that belongs to MAHE. Seat allotment is arranged on the basis of the merit, options and availability.
5. Confirm Admission
Your resultant step is payment of the tuition fees and confirmation of your admission to seal the vacant seat. Turn in any remaining supplies, and be prepared to begin your learning experience.
