AIIMS Patna Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Nursing) Admission 2024

Eligibility:

- 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology, and English with minimum (minimum of 40% marks for SC/ST candidates) aggregate percentage marks.

- Admission age as on 31st December of that year and who have attained at least 17 years of age.

- English proficiency requirement

Documents Required: 

- 10th and 12th marks sheets and certificates certificate/document. 

- Aadhar card

- Domicile certificate 

- Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)

- Medical fitness certificate

- 4 passport size photographs of the past year

- (No Objection Certificate - if I do a job).

Admission Process:

- AIIMS Patna, which is famous all over the nation, conducts an Entrance Test.

- Applicants will be invited for counseling, independent of their score in entrance examination. 

- An appointment will be set up for verification of documents and medical checkup during the counselling.

- The final admission is only approved after the tuition fees are paid as per the dates already told.

Seat Information:

- Seat number is indeed 50 in all.

- Same, government policies are followed for the allocation of seats.

Tuition Fees: 

- Rs 20,000+each year + other applicable fees.

Hostel Fees:

- Rs. 720 per month approximately for having the electricity and water costs.

AIIMS Patna Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Nursing) Selection Criteria

- The Impossible AIIMS Patna applicants are required to take entrance exam. The test includes some questions from the physics, chemistry, biology and general knowledge. There will be also some descriptive English.

- The list of qualified participants in the entrance exam is prepared and the candidates called for counseling session as per their respective scores.

- In counseling, students have to gate their choice of special subjects according to the ranks they obtained in the merit list. The place in demand is assigned depending on rank, filled choices and number of seats provided.

- In addition to the tests at the point of entry, there are many other eligibility requirements such as maximum age; a minimum educational level is also the other criteria.

- The eligibility age limit for SC/ST categories is set as 20 years ahead than for the general category.

- In the instance of the equality of marks in entrance exam we shall use the following order of the priority: senior, biology, chemistry, and physics subjects.

1. Make sure to consult AIIMS Patna’s website or advertisement to confirm about the application dates and eligibility. Students usually submit their applications in the month of May/June each academic year.

2. Create a login ID and choose a password and log in to the AIIMS Patna website.

3. Fill the online application form legally. Then, uplaod every document like photograph, signature, documents for age and category proof etc.

4. Application fee payment is done online via an e-wallet is Rs. 1000 approx.

5. Get printed out the application form nd receipt of fee payments. 

6. Applications fey the print out of the form along with the self-attested copies of all academic certificates and documents should reach in person to the dedicated office by speed post/registered post before the last date.

7. Ensure that you enter your user name and password properly to download the admit card which will be available on the AIIMS website per schedule. 

8. Make sure to give entrance test at the specified location and on your admit card with your ID proof.

9. Access data on website after announcement is made. The selection process will involve interviewing of candidates who are qualified. Also, counseling and seat allocation rounds will be done for the selected candidates.

10. You will be directed to a college already decided to finish the school selection procedures.
