SRMU is a private university established in 2012 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India offering various UG & PG courses in engineering, management sciences, computer sciences, humanities, etc Following are the criteria for admissions. For BTech, it indicates 12th passed with physics chemistry mathematics as a mandatory subject obtaining minimum 50%marks in aggregate. These include JEE Main, UPSEE, SRMEEE others For MBA, any graduate from any discipline with a minimum of fifty percent marks is welcome, and the accepted tests include CAT, MAT, XAT and others. For pursuing BSc, the students need to be a 12th Science stream student having minimum 50% marks in PCM/PCB. SRMU currently has more than 30 programs in faculties such as Engineering, Business Studies, Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences, Paramedical Science, Agriculture and so on. Some of the most demanded programs are B.Tech (CSE, ECE, Mechanical) MBA B.Sc.(Hons.) - Admissions for B.Sc. most programs at SRMU Lucknow often start in the spring/ summer before an academic year. Therefore, it may take some time for students to be offered admision details for the 2024 academic year and this may take place between April-July 2023.

- It depends on the university admission policy and requirements common of which are the marks/grades obtained in twelfth standard, result of entrance test conducted by the university/srmu if any and performance in any written test or interview conducted by the university/srmu.

SRMU Lucknow B.Sc How To Apply?

1. One can download the form from the SRM Lucknow admission website or physically visit the campus to get one. Another method is via the university website through the internet by accessing the online application form.

2. Choose the B.Sc. job you are seeking the program for or any other information that you wish to write about. Some popular B.Sc. possible majors are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.

3. Complete the application form where all necessary information about the applicant’s personal life and academic achievements must be entered. This entails your name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, educational level, marks/grades, etc.

4. Pay the application fee. The options for payment are in the Internet or through demand draft.

5. You shall enclose the following with your application. This includes:

- In continuation to the above cited, may also be awarded mark sheets of class 10 and 12. 

- Passing certificates

SRMU Lucknow B.Tech Admission 2024

- LMSR is a young university as it was established in the year 2018. Consequently, the detailed admission policies and procedures well before the actual date likely are still under development.

- The admission process of SRM Lucknow for offering the B.Tech degree in the prior years have used scores of the national level entrance tests such as JEE Main. The university has also implemented another instrument known as an entrance test in the admission process.

- Standard academic qualification for admission into most of the institutes is 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with minimum percentage of marks ranging from 45 % to 60 % according to the category of the student. 

- Total intake for B.Tech, fee structure, seat distribution and other policies may vary from year to year due to which B.Tech 2024 is not clearly defined.

SRMU Lucknow B.Tech Selection Criteria

- The admissions are counted according to the score achieved by the candidate in the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination or UPSEE for shorter name which is held by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh.

- To be admitted to the courses offered in the affiliated universities by the individual institutions, candidates have to secure the minimum cutoff ranks for UPSEE for different categories. It is a university offering B.Tech in various fields such as computer science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and so on; The cutoffs may however differ according to the stream.

- However, candidates must fulfill certain UG standards that the university prescribes for admission based on UPSEE performance in terms of their academic backgrounds and percentage of marks. For instance, having the physics, chemistry, and mathematics in 12th standard with minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate (40% for the reserved category).

- Counseling is done for admission and seats are available according to UPSEE ranks, disciplines, candidates preferences, and quota for the SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the guidelines of the government of India.

- After being assigned a seat, the candidate is expected to follow up all the admission processes by paying the necessary fees and tendering all the necessary documents within the given time.

SRMU Lucknow B.Tech How To Apply?

1. Visit the university website at www.srmu.ac.in, look for the admission/apply online link.

2. Choose the course of your desire (B.Tech) and proceed to the online application form.

3. Complete the form with the details like personal details, academic details if any , contact details etc.

4. Scanned copies of the documents such as, the photo, signature, class 10 and 12 marks sheets etc., should be uploaded as per the mentioned specifications.

5. Pay the application fee online (for application fee it is usually Rs.1200/- if not mentioned in the advertisement).

6. This is followed by confirming all the details that have been filled, agreeing to the declarations made and then submitting the application form.

7. Following submission, some web application forms provide the applicant with an application number and the applicant should print out the completed application form.

8. If you have been shortlisted, you will be informed through a follow up admission process such as entrance test, interview, submission of genuine documents among others. 

9. Attend meetings and interviews as per the selected schedule. You should also check the list of students that have been admitted to determine if you are among them.

SRMU Lucknow MBA Admission 2024

- SRM Lucknow is another premier institute that has a two year full time MBA programme that is approved by the AICTE.

- Based on the candidate’s score in national level management entrance examinations such as CAT, MAT, XAT, SRM Lucknow conducts group discussion and personal interview for the admission into MBA program.

- For MBA 2024 admissions at SRM Lucknow, key dates and application submission procedures are generally available in September-October 2023 on the website and admission portal. 

- Some of the key eligibility criteria generally include: The minimum eligibility criteria for the GMBA program include a graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum 50% marks for General Category candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates, A candidate must have a valid score in the entrance examination like CAT, XAT, MAT, etc., Work experience may be preferred for some of the candidates.

3. Under the heading you will find information about the eligibility criteria, the structure and the procedure of the admission and the application form. Go through them carefully.

4. The link ‘Apply Now’ is provided at the end of this page, which will direct you to the application process portal.

5. The initial step is to get registered with your name, email id, mobile number and some other basic parameters.

6. You shall use the registration ID provided to you when completing the entire application form. Ensure that all the details provided are correct in terms of the academic achievements, personal data as well as the employment history.

7. Provide passport size photo of yourself as well as scanned images of your signatures that meet the above-stipulated requirements.
