1. Go through the university website or advertisement to find out the date when the application process will be held for M.Pharm admissions. The point of time is usually around May/June.
2. Register yourself for the PGECET entrance exam, which is organized by the university. The exam will take place on July.
3. The candidates who passed the admission examination are able to fill in the university application form online.
4. Upload a copy of each needed document such as entrance exam scorecard, degree certificates and marks sheets, ID and other necessary documents as instructed.
5. Make the payment for the application (the exact amount will be on the website).

- Admission to the M.Pharm program is based on the GPAT score. Candidates who have qualified in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) are eligible to apply.

1. Entrance Test -Candidates are expected to write and clear the cut any of GATE or PGECET exam. This is the first entry of the candidates to filtering process.
2. Merit Lists - In accordance with the GATE/PGECET scores, SJJ NTU arranges a list of qualified candidates. Students on list closer to the top get higher preference given to them for the choices of seats.
3. The counseling - Applicants of the particular rank/merit and additionally available are invited for the counseling session, where they can pick the preferred M.Tech specialization and a college/institute from a list of seats available and reservations.
4. Prior Academic Records - The scores/grades obtained in the entry exam such as B.E./B.Tech are also weighed for the purpose of determining eligibility and quotas. In cases of admitted a higher number is usually admitted first.

- Admission is the test result of ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test). This exam is held by JNTU.
