RML Avadh University, alias Avadh University, is a government-run university in Uttar Pradesh state of India, located in Faizabad. Founded in December 1975, it was named after the late nationalist Ram Manohar Lohia. The University is composed of several faculties viz. Arts, Science, Ayurveda and Modern Medicine, Commerce and Law besides Education. It is providing the full range of undergraduate and graduate courses with an opportunity of PhD get-together and also diploma training. Certain courses which are extreme favourites of students are BA, BSc, BCom, LLB, BEd, MBBS and many more. 

Similarly, the main examination for undergraduate program is in March-April and for postgraduate in June annually. Vacancy on offer for the 2024 batch in various  UG and PG courses will have a commencement from June 2023. The university shall officially announce the application opening, qualification criteria, exam protocol and the selection procedure ahead of opening of admission. Enrollment of students consists of a registration period, qualifying test, counseling, and at last final enrolement. The University has more than 150 college clubs that explain what college one can pursue when selecting their academic program. - Admissions are provided for the upcoming academic year in different undergraduate and postgraduate programs administered at different colleges such as the arts, science, commerce and law, etc.

- Undergraduate admissions are carried out based on the grades obtained in class 12th board exams or any other qualifying ones. The applicants may be examined through some entry tests.
