BSc in NPT is a 3-year undergraduate program concentrating on study about the nervous system and controlling bodily function. With instructors teaching the anatomy and physiology of the brain which includes spinal cord and nerves, and hands-on practice in EEG, EMG, evoked potential testing and other neurodiagnostic procedures, students will be gaining a solid neural knowledge base.
There is a coursework which covers subjects like neuroanatomy, clinical neurophysiology, fundamental principles of neuropharmacology, neurological disorders, biomechanics, neuro imaging techniques, instrumentation, practical labs, and many more Practicums in health care establishments and hospitals with on-the-job training provide students with hands-on experience in conducting EEG, NCS, EMG tests as well as monitoring a critically ill patient.

7. Others could take applicants that have completed their diploma or have other educational backgrounds.
AIIMS Entrance Exam: All India Institute of Medical Sciences holds entrance test for BSc Neurophysiology Technology screening competency in physics, biology, and medical sciences, with special interest in different procedures and techniques attached to neurophysiology.
NEET: The entrance exam for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test contains physics, chemistry and biology as subjects, which are integral to the studying of a course in BSc Neurophysiology Technology to be done in India.
State-level Entrance Exams: Several states have exams covering physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics, fraught with relevance for BSc (Neurophysiology Technology) programs.
University-specific Entrance Exams: Other universities have their own entrance tests, and the goal is to find out whether candidates have passed tests in physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics, which are the mandatory subjects for BSc in Neurophysiology Technology programs.
Common Entrance Tests (CET): Administered Common Entrance Exams may have questions on physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics, testing potential students’ capacity for Bsc Neurophysiology Technology which is offered by multiple institutions.
