1. School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi- This is mainly for the students who have passed their class 12th exams with the subject Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with aggregate 50% marks minimum.

2. School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Bhopal - A candidate with a minimum of 10+2 pass in any stream with a mathematics subject is required. Of necessity a student must take and pass JEE Paper II or NATA score for admission.

3. SPA - Vijayawada branch - 10+2 level with 50% total aggregate marks of your 10th, 11th and 12th class examination and Mathematics as one of the subjects.
