How to Apply in Architecture College?

1. Do a research on the schools and programs to locate those of your choice and which have met your pre-requisites. Check the website out about it : check out rankings, location, specializations offered, application requirements, fees, etc. 

2. Give entrance exam like JEE Paper 2 or NATA for an admission to BArch programs Get well-prepared, not just for marks but also for the day of the competition.

3. Apply for college by the due date which is mostly in the period of May-July. It is important to apply for college well in advance. Either in online form or on paper, fill out the application. Give details, upload documents.

4. If at the end of the process, you get a chance to be interviewed by the colleges, do so with a friendly and confident outlook. Present portfolio if asked. Communicate your passion.

5. Look on college websites after the announcement. If being accepted, that would mean paying the tuition fees. Later complete document verification.

Architecture Colleges in India- Eligibility Criteria

1. I have done 11th and 12th chemistry, physics and maths from a recognized board or alike for BArch.

2. The prerequisite for joining M.Arch course entails obtaining Bachelor of Architecture degree or its equivalent from the universities accredited by Council of Architecture.

3. Additionally, I have to qualify one more entrance test in most of the colleges and institutes or through other Centralized National level entrance exams.

4. IIT Roorkee and SOPA students that will show their identity in this community will have to pass the national/ state entrance exams in order to be admitted to the college.

5. Apart from this, colleges will also focus on 12th percentage, portfolio works and panel interview in the admission process.
