Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
• The candidate must have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• The candidate must have appeared in the JEE Mains exam and scored the minimum required marks.

The minimum required marks in the JEE Mains exam are:

Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for the B.Tech. program at IIITS will be done through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling.
