Atmiya University is a self-financed university situated in Rajkot, Gujarat state and was set up in the year 2020. It is recognized by the Government of Gujarat and UGC (University Grants Commission) has given its nod. The university has also been graded ‘Accreditation Grade ‘A’ by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). According to the NIRF rankings of 2023, Atmiya University has successful placed itself in the list of 100 top universities in India. 

The university has a diversified course provided in its all disciplines at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programs. These are some of the main programmes offered: BTECH degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering among others. Other explored and sought after courses include those in the areas of management, commerce, arts, and sciences. The admission process begins with registrations and then the application forms, followed by entrance examinations for some programs and finally the selections are made.  

Placement of Atmiya University graduates have been remarkable over the past years The details of the placement over the past years are as follows: Some of the companies which have conducted their recruitment drives and selected students from this campus are Tata Consulting, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, Adani Group, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank and many more. More than 80% of the first four batches of eligible students have got job offers in campus placements every year. The maximum salary package recorded in this company has been up to Rs 18, 000 per annum. The pay structure is modest with average salary package varying between Rs 4-6 lakhs per annum across branches. The vision of Atmiya University is to make it as a leading educational institution that focuses on providing quality education in diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level in faculties of Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law and Pharmacy.
